CNA Storage Solutions – Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing quality products and great customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 30 working days of receiving your order. Please email your request to: sales@cnastorage.com.au
You must include your invoice or proof of purchase.
All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply for change-of-mind returns or items returned without original packaging.
Return shipping for change-of-mind cases is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.
Please allow 12–14 business days to process your return once received at our warehouse.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued after the returned goods are received and inspected.
A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.
Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your original payment method.
Restocking fees (15%) and original shipping charges may be deducted from your refund total where applicable.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send photos and a brief description of the issue to sales@cnastorage.com.au.
CNA Storage will assess the claim and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
In these cases, return shipping will be arranged and paid for by CNA Storage.
Exchanges – Delivery Orders
For orders delivered via courier or freight:
CNA Storage Solutions does not offer direct product exchanges via return shipping.
If the exchange is due to a change of mind, the original order must first be returned and processed as a return.
The following may apply:
15% restocking fee (provided items are returned in original, resalable condition)
Return shipping costs, payable by the customer
Original delivery charges are non-refundable
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, a refund (less applicable fees) will be processed.
A new order and delivery charge will apply for the replacement or alternative items.
If the returned items are not in resalable condition, additional fees of up to 50% may apply.
Where the exchange involves items of a different size or specification, any price difference and new delivery charges must be paid before the replacement order is dispatched.
Exchanges – Pickup Orders (Warehouse)
For orders collected via pickup from our warehouse:
Customers may arrange an in-person exchange at our Melbourne warehouse.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
A 15% restocking fee may apply for change-of-mind exchanges.
If the exchanged item has a different value, the price difference must be paid or will be credited accordingly.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of visit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items (Delivery & Pickup)
If an item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup
Email photos and a brief description to: sales@cnastorage.com.au
CNA Storage Solutions will assess the claim in line with Australian Consumer Law
Where approved:
Replacement, repair, or refund will be offered
Return shipping will be arranged and covered by CNA Storage Solutions
