CNA Storage Solutions – Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing quality products and great customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 working days of receiving your order. Please email your request to: sales@cnastorage.com.au

  • You must include your invoice or proof of purchase.

  • All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply for change-of-mind returns or items returned without original packaging.

  • Return shipping for change-of-mind cases is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.

  • Please allow 12–14 business days to process your return once received at our warehouse.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued after the returned goods are received and inspected.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.

  • Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your original payment method.

  • Restocking fees (15%) and original shipping charges may be deducted from your refund total where applicable.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send photos and a brief description of the issue to sales@cnastorage.com.au.

  • CNA Storage will assess the claim and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • In these cases, return shipping will be arranged and paid for by CNA Storage.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges via shipping. However, customers are welcome to visit our Melbourne warehouse to arrange in-person exchanges. Additional fees may apply if the exchanged item has a different value.
