We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock availability, or order errors.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received and cleared, unless prior credit arrangements have been made.

For direct bank transfers, payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the order confirmation.
4. Delivery of Your Products

Orders are shipped only within Australia—we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Freight carriers are selected at our discretion to ensure the most suitable delivery service. Delivery is to ground-level or loading dock only.

Forklift must be available for unloading heavy or bulky items. If not, hand-unload or tailgate service charges may apply.

Deliveries take approximately 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Longer times may apply for large consignments or remote areas.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery charges will apply.

Risk and liability pass to the customer once unloading begins.

We reserve the right to split orders and ship from multiple warehouses. Customers will be notified if this applies.
5. Damaged, Missing or Faulty Goods

All deliveries must be inspected on arrival. By signing the delivery docket, you confirm that the order is complete and undamaged.

If damage is visible or suspected, please inspect the contents before signing. If necessary, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Claims for damaged, faulty, or missing items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting photos.

Do not return any goods without prior written authorisation from us.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

Approved change-of-mind returns or incorrectly ordered items may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% of the invoice value.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.
6. Warranty Claims

Warranty periods vary by product and are subject to manufacturer terms.

To submit a claim, please contact us with your invoice, photos, and a description of the issue.

Warranty claims do not cover freight costs.

Goods damaged by misuse, incorrect assembly, overloading, or modification will not be covered.
7. Risk & Title

Title to the goods does not pass to the customer until full payment is received.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery, including during unloading or unattended delivery (if Authority to Leave is selected).
8. Limitation of Liability

CNA Storage Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products or inability to use the website.

Responsibility for product suitability, assembly, installation, and application lies solely with the buyer.
